To customized production, SETTING STANDARD is extremely important. All details need to be fixed before placing a Purchase Order or issuing a Proforma Invoice:

♦ Product details

Chipsets item#, battery capacity, functions, sensors, material and surface finishing, etc.

♦ Package

Die-cut, color box material, artwork, box dimension, carton dimensions, carton materials and inner structure, etc.

♦ Business term and logistics

Price term, shipping term and lead time, etc.

In general, OEM process in Marstry is as below:

  1. Confirmation to Prototype Sample.
  2. Confirmation to Pre-production Sample.
  3. Issue PO and PI. Down payment.
  4. Production. Keeping clients noted to the process.
  5. At least 7 days ahead of production finish, Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Related certificates need to be prepared well and sent to client. Client can make corresponding paperwork and notice arrangement on inspection and importing preparation.
  6. Balance payment and Shipment.
  7. Shipment follow.

For ODM order, a fixed agreement need to signed by client and Marstry Technology before making Prototype.
