For QC Department guys in Marstry Technology, there are four inspecting process during producing a batch of devices ( Smart wearable devices ). Below is a process in turn:
IQC
e.g.
Lithium batteries – Aging test
Motherboard inspection
Housing – Salt Spray test
FQC
e.g.
FQC to motherboad after soldering.
IPQC
e.g.
IPQC during assembling process. Test all functions of the device like:
Test measuing accuracy of Body Temperature Measuring.
Gluing – Wating 40 mins for solidification.
For the purpose of further glue solidification , wait 2 hours to package the device after finishing Assembling process.
IPQC inspectors make random spot check in the whole assembling process.
QC
QC inspectors make Full Inspection to finished products.
